1/2 cup potato flour 80g
1 tsp vanilla 4.2g

Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C). Oil and flour or line springform pan. Beat eggs and sugar until pale yellow and fluffy. Add vanilla. Whisk flours together and gradually fold into egg mixture. Bake 100min until toothpick comes out clean. Cool. Cut into two and spread jam in the middle. Whip the cream and "ice" cake with it.
