Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour cake pan, or line cupcake tins. Mix wet and dry ingredients separately, then combine wet and dry (without beating) until smooth. Bake 35 min. (20 min, for cupcakes)

High Altitude • Preheat to 375°F. Use 3/4 teaspoon baking soda. Use 2tbsp sugar. Bake 33min.
