Potato Pancakes

Ingredients

Yields: 8 Pancakes (4 Servings)

1 tbsp Corn Starch 8g
2 tbsps warm water 29.575g
4 Potatoes 852g
1 Pinch Fresh Nutmeg
1 Pinch Ground Black Pepper 0.1g
1/2 tsp Salt 3g
Oil

ALWAYS check labels before buying or consuming!
Mix corn starch and water. Peel and grate potatoes into bowl of cold water. Drain and squeeze out water from potatoes. Mix them with the corn starch/water mixture and all remaining ingredients except for oil. Heat skillet and cover with 1/8" oil. Fry 10min, flipping mid-way.
