Ingredients
Yields: 10 tortillas (10 Servings)

Amaranth Flour

1/2 cup
Water

Chili Powder

Mix all ingredients together to get a soft batter that keeps its shape. Adjust flour or water amounts as needed. Roll 2" balls into 5" circles. Cook in hot pan without oil, a few minutes on each side until light brown.
