1/2 cup Honey 169.5g
1 tbsp Vanilla extract 13g
1 tsp Baking powder 4.6g
tsp Salt 6g

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and line 9" pan. Whisk together egg yolks and all other ingredients (except for egg whites). Beat egg whites into stiff peaks, then fold into the batter. Bake for 25 min or until toothpick comes out moist but clean.
