    3/4 cup Butter 170.25g
    1 3/4 cups Sugar 350g
    1 cup Whole Milk 244g
Chocolate Frosting  gr_5f1b9369715ad0
    1 cup Butter 227g
    2 cups Confectioners’ Sugar 240g
    1/2 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder 43g
    1/4 tsp Salt 1.5g
    2 tsps Vanilla Extract 8.4g
    3 tbsps Heavy Cream 45g

CUPCAKES: Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C). Line muffin tins. Whisk together the dry ingredients. Separate egg whites from yolk. Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add yolks and vanilla. Alternate adding dry ingredients and milk. Mix until just combined. Beat whites until stiff and fold into mixture. Bake 18min. FROSTING: Beat butter, confectioners' sugar, cocoa powder and salt until fluffy. Add vanilla and cream, and beat another few minutes.
