1/2 cup Butter 113.5g
1 Onion, Chopped 110g
3 stalks Celery, Chopped 120g
1/4 tsp Ground Thyme 0.35g
1/4 tsp Ground Sage 0.175g
1/2 tsp Poultry Seasoning 0.75g
3/4 – 1 cup Chicken Stock 180g

Preheat oven to 175°F. Cube biscuits to fill 8 cups and bake on foiled tray for 2-3hrs until dry and crispy. Check to make sure they don't burn. Preheat oven to 350°F. Fry onions and celery in butter until tender. Mix with croutons and spices in a baking dish, then gradually toss with the stock. Bake 20min.
