10 oz Boiled Garbanzo Beans 283.5g
4 tbsps Water 59.12g
3/4 tsp Sea Salt 4.5g
1 tsp Olive Oil 4.5g
1/2 Lemon Juice 15.25g
1 clove Garlic 3g
1 tsp Canola Oil 4.5g
2 tsps Tahini 10g

Drain and rinse cooked or canned chickpeas. Blend all ingredients in Blender (or Vitamix until reach speed 7). Add water as needed. Add Tahini last, tasting as you go.
