CREPES:
Whisk together dry ingredients. Add eggs in well, and gradually add liquids while whisking. Add enough milk to get a heavy cream consistency.
Preheat and grease non-stick pan.
Pour 1/4cup batter and spread around by tilting pan.
Cook until golden then flip and cook another minute.
NUT CREAM:
Blend all ingredients together until smooth, adjusting quantities until drizzly.
ASSEMBLY:
Roll berries in crepe and drizzle nut cream on top.
