Coconut Crepes

Ingredients

Coconut Flour Crepes  gr_5f30556d2023d0
    1/4 cup Almond Meal 23.75g
    2 eggs 88g
    splash apple cider vinegar
    1/4 cup Shredded Coconut 23.25g
    1/4 cup Potato Starch
    Any kind of milk 30.5g
1 pint berries, sliced 312gNut Cream  gr_5f30555c4506e0
    1/4 cup Raw Cashews 37.5g
    dash Vanilla
    1 tbsp Maple Syrup 20g
    Water, as needed 29.6g

ALWAYS check labels before buying or consuming!
CREPES: Whisk together dry ingredients. Add eggs in well, and gradually add liquids while whisking. Add enough milk to get a heavy cream consistency. Preheat and grease non-stick pan. Pour 1/4cup batter and spread around by tilting pan. Cook until golden then flip and cook another minute. NUT CREAM: Blend all ingredients together until smooth, adjusting quantities until drizzly. ASSEMBLY: Roll berries in crepe and drizzle nut cream on top.
