3 cups Almond Meal 285g
1/2 cup Molasses 168.5g
1/4 cup Maple Syrup 78.75g
3 tbsps Palm Shortening 38.4g
1 tbsp Coconut Milk 14.3g
1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon 1.3g
1/2 tsp Ground Ginger 0.9g
1/2 tsp Ground Cloves 1.05g
1/2 tsp Ground Nutmeg 1.1g
1/2 tsp Salt 3g
1/2 tsp Baking Soda 2.3g

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line cookie sheet. Heat molasses in a large pan until it boils, the add maple syrup, shortening and coconut milk and mix well. Set aside. Whisk dry ingredients together, then combine them into the pan. Roll dough 1/4" thick between two sheets of wax paper. Peel off one side, place it back on then peel the other side. Use cookie cutters to shape cookies. Decorate with chocolate chips or raisins. Bake 10min. Cool.
