Ingredients

1/2 cup Quinoa Flakes 51g
1/3 cup Roasted Pumpkin 82.5g
1/3 cup Apple Juice 78.045g
1 tbsp Chia Seeds 10.5g
1 tbsp Coconut Nectar 24g
2 tsps Pumpkin Pie Spice 3.4g
