Preheat oven to 360°F (180°C). Grease cookie sheet.
Mix peanut butter, coconut oil, honey, and salt, then add coconut flour.
Add flaked coconut, nuts, and raisins, with hands if need be.
Form 1.5" balls and flatten to form 2" discs.
Bake 10 -12 min. Cool completely.
