1 cup Kabocha Squash, cubed 116g
1 1/2 cups Milk 366g
1/3 cup Sugar 66g
1/3 cup Small Pearl Tapioca 50.16g
13.5 oz Canned Coconut Milk 382.725g

Steam and mash the squash. Simmer milk and sugar. Add tapioca and coconut milk, and continuously stir until thick and pearls are clear. Mix in the mashed pumpkin. Serve warm or chilled.
