Preheat oven to 450°F. Line baking sheet with foil. Set water and 1/2 tsp salt to boil. Peel and cut potatoes into 1.5” cubes. Boil potatoes 5 minutes. Drain. Heat oil in a skillet. Fry potatoes 3min on each side (6min total). Place on a baking sheet (lined with tin foil if you like), Sprinkle with 1/2 tsp salt. Bake 15min.
