CRUST: Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Blend all ingredients and press into lined pan. Bake 12min until browned. FILLING: Combine all ingredients in a pan and place over low temperature, whisking constantly. Cool. ASSEMBLY: Pour filling into baked crust and even out the surface with spatula. Sprinkle with shredded coconut. Refrigerate.
