Flourless and Chocolate Filling for a Tart

Baked Almond Flour & Cocoa Tart Crust:  r_c4982e4b-e511-b7e3-006a-766baf502b731722
    2 cups Almond Flour 454g
    2 tbsps Cocoa Powder 10.8g
    2 tbsps Flax Seed Meal 13g
    2 tbsps Maple Syrup 40g
    2 tbsps Coconut Oil 27.2g
    1/4 tsp Baking Soda 1.15g
    1/8 tsp Salt 0.78g
Filling:  gr_5ea3a718c944a
    1 1/2 cups Dairy or Non-Dairy Milk 366g
    1 tbsp Arrowroot Starch 8g
    2 tbsps Coconut Oil 27.2g
    10 oz Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips 283.5g
    1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract 4.2g
    dash Salt Flakes

ALWAYS check labels before buying or consuming!
CRUST: Preheat oven to 350ºF. Grease large tart pan. Mix all ingredients for crust and press into pan. Bake 15-20min until golden brown. FILLING: Whisk milk and starch in saucepan over low heat until simmers. Remove from heat and mix-in the oil. Add chocolate and vanilla. When the chocolate is melted, whisk until smooth, then pour into crust. Refrigerate (covered) at least 4 hrs. Sprinkle with salt flakes just before serving.
