Ingredients

1 cup Water 236.6g
2 tbsps Sugar 25g
1/2 cup Quinoa Seeds 85g
1 pinch Salt 0.2g

Simmer quinoa, water, and salt for 20min. Blend to get a sticky dough (add water if too dry). Preheat oven to 350°F. Roll between parchment paper until 1/8" thin. Peel off top paper. Transfer bottom paper to cookie sheet. Sprinkle sugar on top. Bake 25min until crispy. Break into flakes.
