1/2 cup Brown Sugar 72.5g
1 tbsp Golden Syrup 21g
1 tsp Vanilla Extract 4.2g
1 cup Plantain Flour 120g
2 tsps Baking Powder 9.2g

Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C). Grease cookie sheet. Cream butter, sugar and syrup until fluffy, then add remaining ingredients. Press 1" balls with fork on cookie sheet and bake 20min.
