Grams 
1 tbsp Gelatin 7g
2 tbsps Coconut Oil 27.2g
2 tbsps Apple Sauce 30.5g
2 tbsps Honey 42g
1/4 cup Sunflower Seeds 35g
2 tbsps Coconut Flour 15g
1/2 tsp Ground Ginger 0.9g
1/4 tsp Baking Soda 1.15g
1/2 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar 2.5g

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line cookie sheet. Mix together wet ingredients. Separately, mix together all dry ingredients except for the sunflower seeds, baking soda and vinegar. Combine both mixtures and let sit 10min. In blender or coffee grinder, grind the sunflower seeds and baking soda until a fine meal forms (do not over-grind into butter!) Mix into batter. Last, beat in vinegar. Immediately drop spoonfuls onto sheet. Bake 12min. Let cool on sheet. Eat same day.
