Lightly grease and line with baking paper a large bread/loaf tin.
Whisk dry ingredients and yeast together.
Separately, combine water and oil. Stir into dry ingredients until thoroughly mixed.
Preheat oven to 350°F (180ºC), leaving bread on top of stove to rise.
Bake 40min, flip bread (onto a baking sheet), and bake another 20min.
