Ingredients

500 ml Water 500g
1 cup Buckwheat Flour 120g
1/4 cup Tapioca Starch 32g
1/4 cup Potato Flour 40g
1 cup Quinoa Flour 112g
2 tsp Salt 12g
2 tsps Caster Sugar 7.62g
2 tsp Guar Gum
4 tsps Instant Yeast 16g
2 tbsps Olive Oil 27g

ALWAYS check labels before buying or consuming!
Lightly grease and line with baking paper a large bread/loaf tin. Whisk dry ingredients and yeast together. Separately, combine water and oil. Stir into dry ingredients until thoroughly mixed. Preheat oven to 350°F (180ºC), leaving bread on top of stove to rise. Bake 40min, flip bread (onto a baking sheet), and bake another 20min.
