300 ml Milk, Warmed 300g
2 tbsps Lemon Juice 30.5g
2 Eggs 88g
1/2 cup Oil 109g
3/4 cup Sugar 150g
1/2 tsp Salt 3g
500 g Buckwheat Flour 500g
2 tsp Instant Yeast 8g

Mix warmed milk and lemon juice. Let stand 10min then proceed to next steps. Using the mixer's paddle attachment or a bread-maker, beat eggs, milk/lemon juice mixture, oil, sugar, salt, flour and yeast in this order until a sticky dough forms. Cover bowl with a damp cloth and place in a warm place to rise for 2 hours. Grease a baking sheet. After 2 hours, punch and knead dough on a buckwheat-floured surface. Shape dough as desired, place on greased sheet, and cut grooves across the top. Place in warm place to rise another 40min. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Bake 1hr.
