Ingredients

Yields: 1 flatbread (5 Servings)

Grams 
1/2 tsp Salt 3g
1 cup Garbanzo Bean Flour 92g
1 cup Water 236.6g
1 tbsp Olive Oil 13.5g
1 tsp Olive Oil, for frying 4.5g

ALWAYS check labels before buying or consuming!
Thoroughly whisk all ingredients and let sit 30min or longer. Heat skillet and add 1tsp olive oil. Pour 3/4 cup batter and swirl around to create one large pancake 1/4" thick. Cook 2min then flip and cook 1 more min. Layer pancakes and parchment paper until ready to use (store covered in fridge a few days). To bake pizza, preheat oven to 400°F. Oil cookie sheet, place flatbread and add toppings. Bake 10min.
