Almond Crust for Baked Quiche

Ingredients

4 1/4 cups Almond Meal 403.75g
3 Eggs 132g
Pinch Salt 0.2g
3 tbsps Olive Oil 40.5g
3 tbsp Flax Meal 19.5g

ALWAYS check labels before buying or consuming!
Mix all ingredients by hand until dough forms. Roll between two sheets of parchment paper, peel off top sheet, place back on then peel off bottom sheet. Fill with filling of choice then back 35-45min at 350°F (180°C).
