Slow Cooker Indian Curry Chicken

2 tbsps Canned Tomato Paste 32g
14 oz Canned Coconut Milk 396.9g
3 cloves Garlic 9g
2 cup Ginger 192g
1 tsp Ground Cumin 2g
1 tsp Ground Turmeric 3g
1 tsp Garam Masala
1 1/2 tsps Salt 9g
1 Cinnamon Stick 2g
2 leaves Bay Laurel 0.16g
1 1/2 lb Chicken Thigh 680.4g
1 Onion 110g
1/4 cup Fresh Coriander 4g

ALWAYS check labels before buying or consuming!
Mix tomato paste, coconut milk, garlic, ginger, cumin, turmeric, garam marsala, and salt in slow cooker. Add cinnamon stick, bay leaves, chicken, and onions. Cover and cook 8hrs on low or 4hrs on high. When chicken is cooked through and tender, remove cinnamon stick and bay leaves. Shred chicken. Serve with fresh cilantro over rice or cauliflower rice.
