    1/3 cups Chopped Walnuts 41.25g

    1 2/3 cups Plantain Flour 200.4g
    1/2 cup Sugar 100g
    1/2 cup Maple Syrup 157.5g
    2 Eggs 88g
    4 tsp Butter 18.8g
    3 Bananas 354g
    1/2 cups Chopped Walnuts 62.5g
    3/4 tsp Baking Soda 3.45g
    1/2 tsp Salt 3g

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease 8" square pan. Prepare the topping: Roughly mix butter, brown sugar and cinnamon. Add the nuts. In a small bowl, whisk the banana flour, baking soda and salt. Separately, beat the butter, sugar and maple syrup, scraping sides of bowl. Add the eggs one at a time, then the bananas. Add the dry ingredients. Mix well, then stir in the walnuts. Pour into pan, then drop topping on top. Bake 35 to 45 min. until toothpick comes out clean. Let cool 30min then remove from pan.
