Easy Boston Baked Beans

This recipe uses canned beans.

Ingredients

Yields: 6 Portions

3 cups Canned Canellini Beans 786g
2 tbsps Brown Sugar 18.2g
2 tbsps Molasses 42.12g
4 tbsps Ketchup 68g
1/2 Onion, chopped 55g
3-4 strips Bacon 79.1g
3 Sausages, sliced 75g
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil 27.2g
1/2 tsp Salt 3g
1-2 Carrots, chopped

Preheat oven to 350°F. In a large overproof dish, add oil and fry carrots, bacon and onions. Rinse and drain the beans, then add along with sugar, molasses, and ketchup. Mix well. Place sausage on top. Bake 30min covered then 30min uncovered.
