Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease 8" square pan. Rinse and drain the beans. Using a blender or food processor, mix all ingredients together (except for chips) until smooth, then stir in 1/3 cup chips. Spread into pan. Sprinkle 2tbsp chips on top. Bake 20min until toothpick comes out clean.
