Orange, Almond & Dark Chocolate Biscotti

Ingredients

Yields: 15 biscotti (15 Servings)

1 1/2 cups almond flour 340.5g
1 tbsp Arrowroot Starch 8g
1/2 tsp baking soda 2.3g
1/4 tsp salt 1.5g
 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey 84.75g
1/4 cup Almond or other tree nut 27g
3 tbsps freshly squeezed orange juice 46.5g
2 tbsps orange zest
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips 43.25g

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a cookie sheet. Process almond flour, arrowroot starch, salt, and baking soda in a food processor until thoroughly mixed. Add maple syrup, oj and orange zest, processing just until dough comes together. Knead in chopped almonds and chocolate chips. Roll into 2" thick log and bake 17min. Cool 1 hr. Preheat oven to 250°F. Using sharp knife, slice every 1/2" on the diagonal. Lay slices sideways and bake 20min, flipping midway. Cool.
