Whipped Buttercream Frosting

1 1/3 cups Heavy Cream 159.6g
1 stick Salted Butter 113g
1/3 cup Heavy Cream 39.6g
1 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract 6.3g
1 1/2 cups Confectioners’ Sugar 180g

ALWAYS check labels before buying or consuming!
Freeze metal mixing bowl and whisk for about 10min. Remove from freezer and add 1 1/3cups heavy cream. Beat until stiff. Refrigerate. Cream butter, vanilla and remaining heavy cream. Slowly add powdered sugar (so it does not fly everywhere), then beat on high until light and fluffy. Fold the buttercream into the whipped cream.
