    1/2 cup Water 118.3g
    1 tsp Vanilla 4.2g
     1 cup Raspadura Sugar or Caster Sugar 183g
    1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar 5g
    1/2 cup Vegetable Oil 109g
    1 Egg 44g
Confectioner's Sugar** Optional

Pre-heat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease or line round pan. Whisk dry ingredients together. Separately, whisk wet ingredients together. Combine wet and dry ingredients. Bake 30min until toothpick comes out clean. Optionally, dust with confectioner's sugar.
