1/4-1/3 cup Flour 31.25g
1 Egg 44g
1/2 cup Bread Crumbs 54g
2 tbsps Grated Parmesan 10g

ALWAYS check labels before buying or consuming!
Preheat oven to 425°F. Prepare three dishes: one with flour, one with egg (whisked with fork), and one with bread crumbs and parmesan, combined. Dip the chicken tenders into flour, then egg, then crumbs, and place on cookie sheet lined with foil. Bake 17min or so until cooked through.
