100 g Butter 100g
Pinch Salt 0.2g
1 Egg 44g
60 g Water 60g

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease pan. Process flour, butter and salt until a coarse meal forms. Add water and egg and pulse just until dough forms. Cover and chill 15min. Roll out between two sheets of parchment paper. Pre-bake 15min, fill and bake as directed for filling.
