Quinoa or Corn Simple Vegetable Biscuits

Ingredients

1 tbsp Brown Sugar 9.1g
1/2 tsp Baking Soda 2.3g
1/4 tsp Salt 1.5g
1/2 cup Quinoa Flour 56g
1/2 cup Masa Corn Flour 57g
1 tbsp Honey 21g
1 tsp Baking Powder 4.6g
1/2 cup Almond Meal 47.5g
2 tbsps Vegetable Puree
1/4 cup Water 59.15g
1 tbsp Canola Oil 14g
1/2 tsp Baking Powder 2.3g

ALWAYS check labels before buying or consuming!
Preheat oven to 350°F. Whisk dry ingredients together. Mix in wet ingredients except for water. Gradually whisk in water until dough is light and fluffy. Roll to 1/4" thick between two sheets of parchment paper, peel one side, place back on then peel others side. Cut into shapes. Bake 10min, flipping midway.
