4 Apples 728g
1 1/4 cup Plantain Flour 150g
2 tsps Baking Powder 9.2g
1/2 tsp Salt 3g
1 tsp Ground Cinnamon 2.6g
1 cup Butter, Unsalted 227g
1 cup Whole Milk 244g
2 Eggs 88g
2 tsps Vanilla Extract 8.4g
1/2 cup Sugar 100g
1/2 cup Brown Sugar 72.5g

Preheat oven to 350°F. Butter a 9” pan with removable bottom. Peel, core, & cut the apples into half slices. In a small bowl, whisk together all the dry ingredients. In a mixing bowl, beat the melted butter, eggs and vanilla. Add about half the dry ingredients, then the milk and remaining dry ingredients. Mix well. Fold in the apple pieces and transfer to pan. Bake 1hr.
