Grease and line two baking sheets.
Mix water and olive oil together. Place dry ingredients in food processor, and process as you add the liquids. Blend thoroughly.
Dough should slowly fall off a spoon without shaking spoon (add water as needed).
Spread dough thinly onto sheets with spatula.
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C) with sheets on top of oven (to rise).
Bake 20 min. until brown. Add toppings and bake another 10-15 min.
