Anzac Biscuits

Ingredients

Yields: 24 biscuits (8 Servings)

1/2 cup Butter 113.5g
1 tbsp Golden Syrup 21g
1 tsp Baking Soda 4.6g
2 tbsps Water 29.56g
1 cup Raw Almond 92g
1 cup Plantain Flour 120g
1 cup Sugar 200g
3/4 cup Unsweetened Shredded Coconut

ALWAYS check labels before buying or consuming!
Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C). Grease two baking sheets. Melt butter and golden syrup in a saucepan. Whisk together baking soda and water and add to saucepan. Whisk together remaining ingredients than combine with mixture from saucepan. Place 1/2" balls on tray and press down lightly. Bake 15min.
