1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk 262g
1/4 cup Apple Sauce 61g
2 tbsps Coconut Oil 27.2g
1 tbsp Coconut Sugar 12.5g
1 tbsp Vanilla Extract 13g
1 tsp Baking Powder 4.6g
1/4 tsp Salt 1.5g
1 cup Milk 244g
Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips** Optional

Separately, whisk dry ingredients together and wet ingredients together then combine. Fry 1/4 cup pancakes 2-3min, flip when bubbles form, and fry another 2-3min. Optionally, sprinkle chocolate chips right after pouring batter into pan.
