Cream butter, oil and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla and extract.
Whisk together dry ingredients and combine with wet ingredients.
Form dough into a flattened ball and refrigerate at least 30min.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line sheets with parchment.
Between two sheets of parchment paper, roll dough to 1/4" thick. Peel one side off, place it back on and peel off the other side. Use cookie cutters or a knife to cut shapes.
Bake 14min.
