Raw Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients

1 1/4 cups Almond Meal 118.75g
1 1/4 cups Ground Flax Seeds 130g
1 dash Cayenne Pepper
1 1/2 tbsps Cinnamon 11.7g
1 pinch Sea Salt
1 cup Dates 260g
1/4 cup Water 59.15g
1 tsp Vanilla 4.2g
1/8 cup Olive Oil 28.08g
1/8 cup Agave Nectar 28.6g
1/4 cup Raisins, with a little extra 38.75g
1/4 cup Nuts, chopped 23.75g

ALWAYS check labels before buying or consuming!
Blend or process dates, water, and vanilla into a paste. Separately, whisk almond meal, flax, cayenne, 1/2 tbsp cinnamon, and salt. Add half the date paste, oil and nectar, and mix by hand until dough forms. Add raisins and 1tbsp cinnamon to remaining paste, and blend or process until smooth. Roll out dough to 1/4" thick between parchment papers, peel top off, place back on and peel off other side. Spread the paste all over dough, sprinkle with raisins and nuts, and roll into a log. Refrigerate. Cut 1" slices.
