Preheat oven 350°F. Line baking sheet with parchment. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, then wet ingredients and dry ingredients. Stir in chocolate chips. Refrigerate at least 5 minutes. Use an ice-cream scoop to place onto sheet. These will not melt down like regular cookies. Bake 15min.
