Faux Pecan Pie

Ingredients

Yields: 8 slices (8 Servings)

1 unbaked pie shell 184gFilling:  gr_5e8d232aa5d09
    4 Eggs 176g
    10 tbsps unsalted butter, melted and cooled 142g
    1 tsp vanilla 4.2g
    1-1/4 cup sugar 250g
    3/4 cup light corn syrup 255.75g
Topping:  gr_5e8d23382eace
    1-1/2 cups crushed pretzels
    3 tbsp butter, melted 42.6g
    2 tbsp sugar 25g

ALWAYS check labels before buying or consuming!
Preheat oven to 350°F. Whisk filling ingredients together then pour into unbaked pie shell. Mix topping ingredients together and spread over pie. Bake 30min, cover with foil, and bake another 30 min. Cool.
