Baked Tofu Dish With Honey-Sesame Glaze

Ingredients

15 oz Extra Firm Tofu 425.25g
1 tbsp Olive Oil 13.5g
1 tbsp Soy Sauce 15.94g
1 tbsp Arrowroot Starch 8gGlaze  gr_5fb4000654cbe0
    1/4 cup Soy Sauce 63.75g
    3 tbsps Honey 63g
    2 tbsps Rice Vinegar 30g
    2 tsps Sesame Seed Oil 9g
    2 cloves Garlic, pressed 6g

Move oven rack to top third. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line baking sheet. Drain and dry tofu. Slice into two 1" slabs. To further drain and dry the tofu, stack the slabs and clean dish rags (or paper towels), and place a heavy board on top. When tofu is ready, cut it into cubes or triangles. Toss with whisked oil and soy sauce, then with starch. Bake in a single layer for 15min, flip, and another 10min. Combine the remaining ingredients and simmer about 10min until thickened.
