    3/4 cup Almond Flour 170.25g
    1/4 cup Coconut Flour 30g
    1/4 tsp Baking Soda 1.15g
    1/4 tsp Salt 1.5g
    3 Eggs 132g
    1/3 cup Coconut Milk 74.58g
    1/4 cup Maple Syrup 78.75g
Topping  gr_5f35fe1a4fdb30
    2 tbsps Ground Cinnamon 15.6g
    1/4 cup Brown Sugar 36.25g
    2 tbsps Butter 28.4g
    1/4 cup Walnuts 31.25g

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line muffin tins. Separately, mix wet ingredients together and dry ingredients together, then combine them until just mixed. Set aside for 5 minutes to give the coconut flour time to absorb liquids. In a small bowl, combine the topping ingredients. Place 1 tbsp batter in each liner, then 1 tbsp topping, and more batter to 3/4 full. Sprinkle remaining topping on top. Bake 30min.
