1/3 cup potato flour 52.8g
1/3 cup quinoa flour 36.96g
1/3 cup amaranth flour 46.2g
1/3 cup almond meal 31.35g
1/3 cup tapioca starch 42.24g
1 tsp baking soda 4.6g
2 tsp cream of tarter 6g
100 g Vegetable Oil 100g
1 tsp vanilla 4.2g
3 eggs 132g
Zest of 1 Lemon 3g
Zest of 1 Orange
1 tbsp milk 15.25g
1/4 tsp white vinegar 1.25g
1/2 cup frozen berries 110.5g

Preheat oven to 325°F (170°C). Grease and line pan. Separately, mix sifted dry ingredients together and wet ingredients together, then combine them well. Pour into pan and sprinkle roughly 1/2 cup of frozen mixed berries. Bake 25 min or until brown.
