1 cup Cooked Quinoa 185g
1/3 cup Monterey Jack Cheese 43.56g
5 tsps Quinoa Flour 11.6665g
1 tbsp Water 14.78g
1/3 cup Zucchini, shredded 40.92g
2 tbsps Olive Oil 27g
1/2 tsp Salt 3g

Ahead of time, rinse 1/2 cup quinoa and boil for 10 minutes, covered, in 1 cup water. Mix all the ingredients together (except for the water and oil). The dough may not stick together if the quinoa was not just cooked. In this case add the water. Form patties about 2 inches wide and 3/4inch thick and fry in the olive oil over medium/low heat for about 5 minutes on each side (until golden brown).
