Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour loaf pan. Whisk together dry ingredients in a large bowl, then make a well. Whisk together applesauce, milk and vanilla and pour into the well. Stir until just combined, then stir in oil until just combined (do not overmix). Bake about 65min until toothpick comes out clean.
