1/2 cup Fine Almond Flour 113.5g
1/2 cup Macadamia Nuts 67g
1 tbsp Coconut Flour 7.5g
1/4 cup Pumpkin Seeds 16g
2 tbsps Sunflower Seeds 17.5g
2 tbsps Sesame Seeds 18g
2 tbsps Hemp Seeds 60g
1 tbsp Golden Flax Meal 6.5g
1/2 tsp Salt 3g
1 tbsp Vegan Shortening 12.8g
1/4 cup Water 59.15g

Preheat oven to 300°F. Line baking sheet. Grind flours and nuts in food processor into a meal. Add seeds, flax, and salt, pulsing until well ground. Add shortening then water, pulsing into a ball of dough. Roll dough to 1/2" thick between two pieces of parchment paper. Peel one side off, place it back on then peel off the other side. Cut into desired shapes using cookie cutters or a knife. Bake 20min.
