Preheat oven to 325°F. Grease and line 9" pan.
When oven has heated, bake almonds on a baking sheet about 10min until just toasted (watch carefully!).
When cool, transfer to food processor and pulse with matzoh meal, potato starch, 1/4 cup sugar, and salt until ground.
In a large bowl, beat the egg yolks, oil, Amaretto and Whisk together egg yolks, olive oil, and Amaretto. Add half the ground almond mixture.
Separately, beat egg whites and pinch of salt until soft peaks form. Gradually add 1/2 cup sugar, beating until stiff peaks form. Fold into batter in three batches.
Gently sprinkle and mix the remaining ground almond mixture into batter.
Spread into pan. Sprinkle with 2tbsp sugar.
Bake 40min until toothpick comes out clean.
Serve with berries.
