    28 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk 793.8g
    1 1/4 cups Lime Juice 302.5g
    Pinch Salt 0.2g

    1 1/2 cups Graham Crackers, crushed 126g
    1/4 cup Brown Sugar 36.25g
    6 tbsps Butter, Melted 85.2g
    Pinch Salt 0.2g
3/4 cup Whipping Cream 90g
1 Key Lime, sliced** Optional

CRUST Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix all the ingredients and press along bottom and sides of 10" pie pan. Bake 10min. Cool. FILLING Preheat oven to 325°F. Whisk together filling ingredients until smooth. Pour into crust and bake 25min. Cool then refrigerate 6hrs. Garnish with whipped cream and lime slices.
