1 whole egg 44g
1/4 cup raw honey 84.75g
2 tsp blackstrap molasses 13.34g
1 tsp vanilla 4.2g
3/4 – 1 cup coconut flour 90g
1/4 cup arrowroot powder 32g
1 1/2 tsp aluminum-free baking powder 6.9g
2 tsp cinnamon 5.2g
1/4 tsp sea salt 1.5g

Preheat oven to 350°F. Whisk together dry ingredients. Place wet ingredients in mixer with paddle and beat into soft batter. Gradually add dry ingredients until dough forms ball. Split into two balls, and roll to 1/4 thick on parchment paper. Score "break" lines and prick dots with fork. Bake 10min until brown on edges.
